Very quiet, comfortable and spacious sea view suite, would certainly recommend this hotel in Stalos.

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious sea view suite on the 3rd floor with excellent sea view terrace balcony. Excellent breakfast catering for all European tastes. Bus stop outside Hotel from Stalos to Chania (2Euros), with a supermarket close by. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Airport shuttle bus available to Chania Bus station (3Euros) as well as Herkalion and Rethymno (e-ktel.com). Recommend Kri Kri Taverna in Stalos and Steki restaurant in Chania old town. Beach opposite the hotel. Our second visit to Cretan Dream Resort and would certainly recommend this hotel for future vacation.

Had a minor problem with the extractor fan, but dealt with promptly by the maintenance manager (Margerita)

Very good size of the rooms and very welcoming staff. Amazing location and hotel is very nice. Have shows and evening events. Fantastic. Strongly recommend

Bathroom window is just next to the door and when barbeque is on, then you can smell the smoke thru bathroom window.

Fabulous hotel, staff are so friendly and especially Maria, nothing was a problem to her. Reception staff very accommodating, any request was attended to promptly. Rooms were spacious and spotless clean. I would recommend this hotel

Excellent, enjoyable stay

Stayed 5 nights in a Sea View suite which was spacious, clean (thorough daily cleaning) and well equipped. Nice balcony with a view of the Stalos sea. Very comfortable King size bed. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Nice infinity swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We greatly enjoyed one dinner at the resort with delicious food, Greek music and dancing. Overall, highly recommended as a base for exploring western Crete.

Birthday Cretan getaway 2024

OmG.. we were speechless on arrival. We arrived late(11pm) and we were greeted by very friendly staff. Checked in smoothly and have been offered a complimentary dinner which was amazing. Then we got taken to our seaview suite on a buggy. The luxury suite was exceptional...more than I expected. The view of the sea was astonishing. The infinity pool was excellent.. On my birthday, we decided to eat in the hotel as they were hosting a Tomahawk night with live band. The food was excellent. The hotel staff surprised me with amazing cake, serenaded by the live band and what made it soooo special....fireworks display. I was so overwhelmed with all these. Great selection of breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and attentive. We booked 2 excursions from the hotel (Samaria Gorge and Knossos Palace). Early start to both of them and what the hotel did was they even organised a packed breakfast for us to take away to the trips. We didnt expect this. Now the luxury suite with a sea view.. it was luxurious, clean, spacious, beds are extra comfy. I cannot fault it. The location is great. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. 10-15 min bus/ taxi ride to Chania Old Town. There is a beautiful beach across the road if you are fed up with the amazing infinity pool. OmG.. i cannot praise this hotel/resort too much. Its a dream to stay there. Cretan Dream Royal Resort and Spa. you lived up with your standard. I am so grateful for making my birthday so special. First time in Crete and OmG you didn't disappoint. Efharisto!

My Cretion dream stay

Great resort.Great room(401).Great sea views.Friendly and helpful staff.

Pool temperature was ice cold.Access to town of Chania on local bus service was hopeless as buses passing the resort door were almost always full.Staff were putting in long hours due to staff shortages.

Nice, quiet hotel, close to Chania, great breakfast, ideal for motorists.

Excellent breakfast, great communication and service. We spent 4 nights here with my family, everything was without problems, the hotel is located on the edge of a long hotel avenue, an ideal choice for those who will explore Crete by car, there is a large parking lot at the hotel, a bus connection to nearby Chania is also possible.

Basically nothing, just one small thing, we had minor interior door defects in our room, we reported it right after check in and everything was fixed by the next day, so OK.

Wonderful

The room was spacious with a large balcony and good views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was ample with a large range of hot and cold dishes. The outdoor pool was lovely and not busy during our November stay.

It's quite a busy road to cross from the hotel to the beach. The bus to Chania didn't seem to run from the bus stop outside the hotel during our low season stay but a bus did operate from 1km along the road towards Chania.

Great location and within distance to Port with all the shops and cafes. The hotel itself had all the facilities required for a family and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to us.

You’ll not want to leave the Cretan Dream

Impeccably clean and lovely location, amazing food and such warm friendly staff.

Nothing! But if I had to find anything most of the rooms had balconies in the shade and our pool was freezing. However this is being ultra critical as I’m a sun worshiper!

Excellent location to explore Chania. Comfortable room and great breakfast, staff wonderful.

Great location across from the beach in Stalos, large pool, comfortable room and great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and polite. Located on the main bus route to Chania 20 minutes.

Gym needs uplift of equipment and needs to open from 0700.

A really pleasant stay. Good value for money.

The food was excellent. I was very impressed by the massive slab of raw honey comb for breakfast. The bar tender was efficient and his cocktails hit the spot. The lady at the gift store was so sweet and had some good tips. The manager of the hotel gave us an excellent authentic restaurant close by in the hills, we loved. Friendly staff and big rooms for a family of five. Entertainment was fun too.

It’s not directly on the beach so in the heat with kids, it makes it a little difficult to get to. At least the pool is great. There is an old and new part of the hotel. The new part is very nice. I wish I had known this before booking. The old rooms were suffice and as I said with large rooms with a huge balcony and a good view.
